Für eine Anmietung muss vor Ort eine gültige Kreditkarte als Sicherheit vorgelegt werden. Wenn Sie NICHT im Besitz einer Kreditkarte sind, haben Sie am Flughafen Mallorca alternativ die Möglichkeit, eine Bürgschaft in Höhe von 500/800/1200EU (je nach Fahrzeugtyp) und den Mietpreis per EC Karte zu bezahlen. Ausserdem haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit in Bar zu zahlen (Bearbeitungsgebühr 15€).
WICHTIG: Bei uns mieten Sie das Fahrzeug günstiger als vor Ort. Daher ist es zwingend notwendig, den Mietwagenvoucher (Gutschein) mit dem darin enthaltenen Preis vor Ort vorzulegen. Reisen Sie ohne dieses Schreiben an, übernehmen wir keine Haftung und erstatten in keinem Fall evtl. Überzahlungen.
Grundsätzlich gelten folgende Bedingungen:
- The minimum age is usually 21 years, unless a higher age is specified in the vehicle description.
- All kilometers driven are included in the rental price.
- The fuel charge varies depending on the car rental company, so you will find this information under “detailed rental conditions” in the vehicle list. (Move the mouse over the vehicle image).
- Fully comprehensive insurance is always included. Details are displayed when you calculate the price on the website.
- Airport service: A member of staff will be waiting for you on arrival at Palma de Mallorca airport. After the formalities (5 minutes) you will receive your rental car at the VIP parking lot of the airport. No waiting times, no queuing, no searching in the parking garage.
- The minimum rental period is three days.
- A flight number is absolutely necessary as stated in the rental confirmation you receive after booking. Without this, the rental vehicle cannot be delivered to the airport. In some cases, only a smaller vehicle category can be supplied without a flight number.
- A rental day has 24 hours, i.e. if you pick up the vehicle at 10 a.m., the days count up to 10 a.m. (plus approx. 1 hour of goodwill).
- a) Payment: This can be arranged after the online reservation by credit card or bank transfer.
b) Cancellation: In the event of cancellation with cancellation insurance, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the deposit in the form of a voucher. Cancellation is possible via our support system up to 72 hours before arrival. Without cancellation insurance, the rental price is due in full if the contract is not fulfilled. Cancellation insurance can only be taken out directly at the time of booking. A subsequent purchase is NOT possible. - Additional services: Various additional services are offered when booking, such as child seats, navigation devices or additional insurance. All additional services can also be added to the reservation at a later date. Cancellation insurance is excluded. This can only be selected directly at the time of booking, not afterwards.
- The driver must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
- After sending your reservation you will receive a confirmation/voucher to print out. Some vehicle categories must be reconfirmed with the rental company to ensure 100% safe delivery on site. We usually do this within 24 hours by e-mail.
- You will find all the information you need to pick up the rental car in the booking confirmation. You can print these out after completing the booking.
- If a customer wishes to rent a specific model in a category, we will try to make the selected model available. However, it is not possible to guarantee this. If no vehicle is available in the selected category, a vehicle of a higher category will always be provided.
- Refueling regulation: With us you have the most customer-friendly refueling regulation. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and returned in the same condition.
- Service fees on site: Most car rental companies in Mallorca charge a so-called “service fee” on site in addition to the rental price. This varies from €15 to €50. We do not charge this fee. You only pay what is stated on your rental contract, no additional “service fees”.
- Customer service: If you have had any difficulties on site, we will be happy to help you with the settlement with your car rental company on presentation of the rental contract. However, any assumption of liability for the local car rental company and/or insurer is excluded.
Vouchers, discounts, auctions If you are in possession of a discount from one of our special offers, you can redeem it with us. Per rental is max. applicable to a doctorate. Legal recourse is excluded.
